HELPFUL TERMINOLOGY:"Instock" - Refers to items that are in-stock and on-hand in the shop."Preorder" - Refers to items that must be manufactured / are in the process of production."Shop Update" - Refers to a specific timeline in which the shop is open with new products."Combine order(s)" - The act of combining 2+ orders to ship together as one shipment. Q. What is the difference between an instocks shop update and preorder shop update?Preorder shop update is a shop update to list preorders for new designs. The goal for this shop update is to fund new designs to start production. Instocks shop update will be the leftover instocks that are saved from the designs funded from the preorder shop update. This is why preorders come first, then a month or two later I will have an instocks shop update. The process repeats as I fund and create more designs.

Q. When will your shop open for a shop update?You can find all dates in the Updates / Schedule section. If I don't have a recent post regarding a date for my instocks shop update or preorder shop update, it means there is no determined date set for it yet.The date in which I'll open for a (blank) depends on:preorder shop update
- if my instocks shop update from before it is completed
- whether or not I have enough new design drops to open a preorder

Pin Grading System

Q. What is the difference between pin grades?Please be mindful that all my pins are handmade so none of them will be 100% flawless, and so here is the grading system as follows:A grade pins are the best quality out of the batch. They will have very minor or no flaws. It is subject to very slight lack of enamel filling, small scuffs or with errors occurring more so on the back of the pins than the front.B grade pins are still of good quality with one or a few more flaws which are more noticeable. These pins mostly have lower filling or slight plating errors, but still good to accessorize on backpacks or other belongings.C grade pins have very evident flaws with scuffs, spotting, dimples in plating and any sort of marks. They are also evident for much lower enamel filling or areas with the wrong colour enamel.Seconds are subject to major flaws in larger areas, including wrong colour enamel, scuffs or marks.

Combined Shipping / Holding Orders

Q. How do I combine orders?

Add Combine Order Listing to your cart to add new discounted shipping fee.

Q. Can I combine instocks and preorders to be shipped together?
Instocks and preorders cannot not be combined together as of June 25, 2021.Instocks may be combined with instocks,
preorders may be combined with preorders (MUST BE WITHIN THE SAME SHOP UPDATE),
but instocks cannot be combined with preorders.
They will be automatically shipped separately. You may still add both to your cart at the same time, but separate shipping fees will apply for preorders vs instocks when you go to checkout.

Q. Can I combine preorders from 2 different preorder shop updates?No. You may only combine preorders WITHIN THE SAME shop update. This is because the time in which orders finish between two separate preorder shop updates will be different.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤQ. What does combining orders mean?Combining orders means you want to combine shipment of multiple orders so that they ship together. You will be charged on the total weight of your package and I’ll refund you the difference in shipping. You will be contacted when the refund is made. Note that you can only do this as long as one of the orders have not been shipped yet. Preorders and instocks cannot be combined together.

Q. What does holding orders mean?Holding orders means you are requesting me to delay / pause shipment of your order(s) due to reasons such as holidays, COVID-19 restrictions, moving houses etc.

Q. Am I required to fill in a combine order request everytime I want to add an additional order to my shipment?Yes. I do not combine orders automatically, so if you want to add another order to a shipment, you must fill in a combine order request with all current order numbers included.

Q. Is there a deadline for when I can combine my orders?As long as the previous order(s) hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, I will be able to accept your combine request. It is highly recommend that you submit your combine order request within 24 hours after your first order.

Preorders / Production / How It Works

Q. What is a preorder and what is it for?Preorders are held to fund the manufacturing cost of an item and I cannot always pay it upfront because it is expensive.

Q. How do preorders work?- There are an unlimited amount of slots available for a preorder. I set a time limit try and fund the item. If the preorder slots do not fill by the deadline, all buyers will receive a full refund on their preorder item including shipping costs. Pins will undergo production as soon as all slots are filled and limited instocks will also be available later.- You are not allowed to cancel a preorder once it is made and are only subject to a refund if the item does not get funded by the preorder deadline.- Preorders guarantee you get the best quality pins out of the batch.- Preorders may sometimes include a bundle with an art print and will be indicated so in the listing if that is the case.- Pins can take about 3 - 5 months to complete after production starts.- Limited instocks will be available in a shop update after the items arrive to me

Q. Where can I receive updates for preorders / manufacturing?You can find general updates on Updates / Schedule page OR detailed updates (slot updates, manufacturing pictures, deadlines) on my Instagram account @ShopLazyAesthetics . You can find a compilation of all recent updates under the Story Highlights named ‘Updates’ and specific updates on production under the Story Highlight named 'Production'.

Q. Who is your manufacturer?It is a bit taboo to ask to question since I go into a lot of research and pay to test different types of companies. I would suggest that if you're looking for manufacturers to check for their reviews, previous work, compare costs, etc. to find one that suits your needs.

Refunds / Order Cancellation Policy

FOR ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY IN-STOCK ITEMS: Order cancellations for INSTOCK items can be placed 24 hours after it is placed. You can contact me via email [email protected] or through the Contact Me form on the home page. I should be able to respond in less than 24 hours. No exceptions will be made after that deadline.FOR ORDERS CONTAINING PREORDER ITEMS:Preorders cannot be cancelled and you are only subject to a refund if the item does not reach funding after the deadline. I will have informed you if that is the case.


Returns & Exchange Policy

No returns or exchanges are accepted.Q. If I no longer want your pin anymore, can I resell it?That is fine but I have a condition. I'm more than happy if it can go to another home BUT the only thing I ask is if you choose to resell, please do not sell it for profit. You must sell it for the price you paid for including shipping, I will not allow you to make profit off of my work / designs. If I catch you do this (which I most likely will since a lot of my buyers inform me about this) then I will take action.

Policy on Customs and Fees

In the event that customs fees are applicable, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover those fees. Custom fees are out of my control and are required by your country's laws.For EU / UK buyers, the buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees due to the new implemented VAT laws.


Policy on Lost, Returned or Damaged Items

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on lost, returned damaged items as it is the responsibility of the shipping company after I send it out. Please check with your post office first to make sure it isn't being held there.FOR ORDER(S) WITH TRACKING: If you need to file a claim with the postal system regarding a lost or damaged package, please let me know so I can make this claim for you.Note that I cannot make a claim if your package does not have tracking.For any case of incorrect address the package will be returned to me so I will inform you in the event that occurs. The buyer must cover the shipping fee if buyer requests to reship the order.FOR RETURNED ORDERS:You have the option of:1) Paying for reshipmentOR2) Refund on the order w/o shipping fee

Q. Why do you charge in USD if you live in Canada?Most companies I work with and supplies (including manufacturing) that I pay for are in USD. Sorting out the expenses and costs for supplies and manufacturing is easier for me if they are done in one conversion. I own a USD acc for this reason as well.

Product Information / Restocks

Q. Will you be restocking any sold out items?I will rarely restock items for design drops posted up-to-date and AFTER Feb 13, 2021. I will only do so if there is a really high interest.Design drops posted BEFORE Feb 13, 2021 will be allowed ONE restock if there's interest since preorders for those items were limited. After that, the likeliness of a restock is low.This is because I want to focus on new releases for future shop updates. Including restocks on top of that may become too much of a workload for me and could delay the shipments. If I ever allow restocks it would mean I have the work capacity to include them. Otherwise they will be included if:1. there's a really high interest so an exception is made2. I don't have many new designs to put up for a preorder or instocks shop updateYou can find current interest checks to vote on my Instagram @ShopLazyAesthetics under story highlights "Interest Check" and the results will determine if I will hold preorders for restock on certain items. I'll be taking note anytime someone requests a restock for a certain item as well.

Q. Will you have instocks?I will always have leftover instocks from my preorders unless stated otherwise. If I choose not to include instocks, I will clearly state it under the product listing.
